WE OFFER ANNUAL SERVICE CHECKUPS ON APPLIANCES FOR A FLAT RATE PER APPLIANCE LISTED BELOW.

WATER HEATER SERVICE

$50.00

We will flush and check the components and operation efficiency.

AC SERVICE

$65.00

We clean the coils and check the condition of the compressor and condenser. We also check the cooling efficiency of the AC.

FURNACE SERVICE

$50.00

We will clean and check the components.

REFRIGERATOR SERVICE

$50.00

We will check the operational efficiency and components of the Refrigerator.

STOVE TOP AND OVEN SERVICE

$50.00

We will check the components of the stove top and the oven.

WATER SYSTEM SERVICE

$50.00

We will check the water system for leaks and check the operation of the water pump.

OUR SERVICE FEES

We charge a $50.00 minimum service call fee that includes diagnosing an issue and if over 25 miles we charge an extra $2.00 a mile to bring our services to you.

There is no service call fee on a return trip to make a repair that has been previously diagnosed.

Our hourly Labor rate is $100.00 an hour for making a repair.

We also charge a flat rate fee on Annual Service Checkups on appliances or winterizing the water system.

We are currently servicing the North Central area of Arkansas this includes Mountain View, Mountain Home, Batesville, Heber Springs, Clinton and Harrison Arkansas.
